We carry out the uncomplicated provision of highly secure remote and home office workstations with minimal effort for your IT administration. Existing VPN infrastructures are relieved and new home workstations are created with simple installation and activation. Naturally secure, GDPR-compliant and with full control by your company.

In this way, you can ensure seamless communication for your employees in the home office and enable flexible, protected access to company data and applications via all end devices. At the same time, you maintain the productivity and efficiency of your business operations – even in exceptional situations.

agilimo consulting GmbH offers the following one-stop service to ensure that your company benefits fully from our experience and expertise:

  • Free choice of end devices: You decide which smartphone or tablet will be available to your employees.
  • Full-Service for end devices: No matter which end device you choose, all repairs and warranty processing are covered, as well as collection and shipment of the end device to an address of your choice. It is also possible to customize the device with features such as a protective cover, screen protector, keyboard, engraving, etc.
  • Device provisioning: All new end devices that you can simply order from us by e-mail (e.g. for new employees) will be prepared by us, included into the administration console and configured ready to use for your employees immediately after receiving the device. There is no need to exchange activation codes or installation instructions.
  • End device management: Depending on your existing IT environment, existing licenses or an existing management solution for mobile end devices, we implement the solution that best suits your needs. Specifications such as ISO 27001 and BSI IT can also be taken into account, as can your company’s own specific requirements in terms of functionality and security.
  • Implementation: We implement the management software for you. You simply provide us with the required physical or virtual servers. Or you can opt for operation in the cloud of your choice or in our data center. During implementation, we are able to make the management software highly available to prevent service outages. Integration with backend systems such as communication, directory and file services is also part of the implementation.
  • Operation and support: As soon as productive operation starts on the server and end device side, we take over 2nd and 3rd level support for you, assist you with daily operation and regular maintenance of the environment. Depending on the availability of updates, we update the server components every six months and carry out an annual “health check” of the systems, configurations and policies together with you.
  • User training: Last but not least, we are happy to provide you with training content that you can adapt for training your employees and provide with your company’s own corporate design.

  • BYOD BYOC (Bring Your Own Device / Bring Your Own Computer): Flexible Workplace can also be used securely on private end devices as a container solution in compliance with all data protection requirements. With Flexible Workplace, supported by AI-based cybersecurity, your company can allow its users to use private end devices securely for business work. The recommended management of UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) infrastructures allows the configuration of guidelines and policies that automatically block or delete access to the mobile and flexible workplace environment in the event of compromise or breaches to protect company data. IT administration and security have full control over the working environment without entering the end user’s private area on the device.
