In September 2020, Michael Weller became the first student to start his dual training at agilimo Consulting GmbH. As a partner company of h_da, agilimo offers students at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences the opportunity to combine study and practice at agilimo in two degree programs:
Both courses lead to a Bachelor of Science degree.
For the mobility specialists at agilimo, the move into dual training is a first.
However, Managing Director Marcus Heinrich sees it as the logical next step in order to keep pace with developments in the industry:
“The requirements of modern information technology are changing faster than our traditional training paths can adapt. As a company, we need to create attractive and suitable training opportunities in order to attract skilled workers who can meet the demands of the real world. Especially those that are agile enough for graduates to start their careers well prepared after graduation.”
